After a little whimpering, Quinn went right to sleep last night. He was pretty fitful and whimpered in his sleep pretty frequently until about 1 a.m., when he feel into such a deep sleep that every time I woke up and saw him still in the exact same position I was convinced he wasn't breathing.
He still sleeps, and still breathes, even now.

Jill, Tom & Quinn,
We are so happy. Last night was Halloween and Annes' parents came down form VA. We had a little party last night for some of Nicolas's friends so we were pretty tired when we went to sleep.
When I woke up this morning Anne had turned on the computer. I mentioned that you guys probably had Quinn by now. We were trying to figure the date line but just went to the blog to make it easier.
And there he was. We both had tears in our eyes. Oh, my, I's for real. What a blessing. Now the fun and hard parts began.
If there's anything we can do please let us know. What a handsome family you all make. May God bless you and protect you and give you many years of happiness.
Love, José

Heh heh heh... I had to chuckle about the checking to see if he is still breathing thing.
I have SO been there! I think it's a universal experience for all first-time parents.
I am so excited for you!
Love,
Ronnie
