He celebrated by practicing his standing, with a little help from Mom. First he wanted to look at his cool shoes, which light up when he steps on them. This kid LOVES light.
But finally he got the hang of it and walked across the lobby bar and back:
That was pretty exhausting so we took a little break:
He's napping now, then it's off to see the Beijing Zoo - and more important, the pandas! - with our friends Susan and Russ and their daughter, Quinn's cousin (through their orphanage connection) Anna.
